Year-End Child Care Statements for Tax Purposes will be sent to all current or former clients in good standing no later than January 31st. Suspended and Former clients who have a past-due account will receive a 2017 Statement once the balance has been paid. Please send a request to your school site's email to make payment arrangements or if you need an invoice with an online payment link. Thank you for your patience.
Please be advised that we are currently at or near our Capacity for After School Care at THIS LOCATION and all new registrations will be placed on a wait list. We strongly suggest you still register in order to keep your place in line, but you will need to make alternate plans for care as we cannot predict when an opening will occur. Now that other after-school programs (sports & clubs) have begun, there should be some movement in availability. You do not have to pay your registration fee until a space can be made available. Once an opening occurs we will contact you and then you will receive an invoice for the registration fee and it must be paid to complete the process. Drop-In Clients that are already registered must reserve their space each day, as a limited number of drop-in spaces are available (please have back-up care ready).
There are still openings in Before School Care, so clients may continue to register for and utilize this time slot.
Our Registration process is completely paperless and as long as there is space availability, new clients can generally start within 48 hours of completing ALL required forms and paperwork. Click here for more information, including rates, types of services available and our program in general.
Must register prior to August 15th each new school year. Returning Clients registering AFTER August 15th may NOT be permitted to begin care until two weeks after school begins, and are subject to space availability.
Exception: New Students accepted to the school late will be allowed to register outside of this deadline, pending space availability. In 2016, all of our School Sites experienced a wait list prior to or within a week of the first day of school. Make a note of this fact for next school year.
What if my child will be absent?
Please send a text message to your M & M Site Leader and let us know your child will be absent (specify child first and last name), if he/she is normally scheduled on that day.
