We are close to Capacity for After School Care in some of our classrooms and all new registrations will be placed on a waitlist. Please give us a few days to determine if we have open spaces available in the classroom that fits your student's grade level. We will not bill your registration fee until a space can be made available. Once an opening occurs we will contact you and then you will receive an invoice for the registration fee and it must be paid to complete the process.
There are still openings in Before School Care, so clients may continue to register for this time slot.
Regardless of openings, we will still send you an invitation to join Brightwheel. This is our program management software app. You will need it to receive communication and billing from us. Furthermore, once your child is accepted into the program, the app will be used for student sign-in and out, health checks, billing and instant communication. An email was sent to all clients in December, including a statement of payments that were made to M & M Daycare, Inc. from January 1 through March, 2020, for services provided during last school year.
The new childcare management system that we are using, called Brightwheel, will allow our current clients to access their own payment history and statements (for tax and dependent care purposes), but only for services from this school year and beyond. If you are a current client, you will need to gather the information from both sources (the attachment and via Brightwheel) for this calendar year.
