Each summer we offer a variety of fun and educational field trips each week of camp. A few of the exciting trips we have enjoyed in the past have been, The Michigan Science Center, Toledo Zoo, Ann Arbor Hands on Museum, and Turtle Cove. We charter (Trinity Transportation) buses to provide transportation to and from the majority of our field trips. Most fees are included in the cost of camp.
Weekly field trips, daily sports and games, arts and crafts, science projects, educational activities and group activities will keep your student active and engaged this summer. Counselors use weekly themes to plan a variety of exciting and engaging daily activities. South Pointe Camp Themes
At least one day each week, we will designate a day that students may bring bikes or skates. Protective wear is required, including helmets.
Students must bring their own sack lunch daily. They may bring money to purchase lunch on the days we plan field trips or on pizza days. Please bring one healthy morning snack . One PM snack will be provided daily. Please make sure your child has breakfast every day before coming to camp! Before camp participants are permitted to bring a morning snack/breakfast with them if they choose.
