POSSIBLE POSITIONS AVAILABLE

Before/After School Enrichment Specialist

Qualifications: At least 18 years old; must have experience working with groups of children, e.g. in a childcare setting, church youth groups, summer camps or coaching sports teams.

Site Supervisor

Qualifications: At least 19 years old with a minimum of 480 hours experience working in a child care setting. Site Supervisors must also have completed a minimum of 16 clock hours of documented school-age training. Includes some administrative duties and responsibilities.

School-Age Program Director

Qualifications: At least 21 years old, with a minimum of a CDA (Child Development Credential) with 12 Semester Hours in a Child-Related Field. Includes equal amounts of administrative duties and direct contact with children.

Multi-Site Program Director

Qualifications: A Bachelor's Degree or higher in a Child-Related Field. This position is mostly administrative. A multi-site director is a program director who may oversee as many as 3 sites. Must be available during all hours of program operation. The program director supervises the planning and evaluation of the program and the staff.

Greeter/Classroom Aid

Qualifications: At least 16 years old; should have experience working with groups of children, e.g. in a childcare setting, church youth groups, summer camps or sports teams. Our Aids would assist in a classroom with an adult Program Specialist and is not counted in the staff-student ratios.

All positions are subject to a criminal background check (fingerprinting) and a Central Registry Clearance from DHS before hire.
