Before your First Paycheck!
Required Forms is a packet of forms and necessary tasks that MUST be completed before your first paycheck can be processed. If you cannot complete these before the next pay period deadline, you will have to wait until the next pay period (two additional weeks) for your first check.
New Hire Training
Welcome to M & M Extra Care; the school-age division of M & M Daycare, Inc. We are happy to have you on our team! In order to acclimate you to your new job, we've created this portal which will allow you to access the necessary forms and information to get you on your way. Please complete the training in order. It will take you approximately 2 hours to complete, but you do not have to do it all at once. Please complete it by the deadline provided to you by your supervisor.
Please download and open or print the Orientation Worksheet. Please complete the worksheet and hand-in to your supervisor when done. Once this form is turned-in, 2.5 hours will be added to your paycheck after a 90-day probationary period.
Blood Borne Pathogens: Please open and READ this presentation in FULL. It's 70 pages, but don't worry - most pages contain just one or two sentences.
After viewing the BBP presentation, take this quiz (download and print), including the outline that follows. You will need to hand-in the quiz to your supervisor for credit:
Finish the worksheet that you started in step 1 and turn-in to your Site Leader so you can receive your paycheck on the next available payday!
Within 30 Days:
Licensing Requires that ALL individuals caring for children must complete Health and Safety Training via the MiRegistry Website. This is a two-part training series and your Site Leader will help you register. There is a $5 per course fee that we will cover. All required training and continuing education will be accessed and managed through MiRegistry. In addition, be prepared to register for an upcoming Adult/Child CPR-First Aid Course within the first 60 days (if you are not already certified).
