Cost of before and after care ONLY applies to camp participants.
You may register for either one or both sessions (or a minimum of 4 weeks). We do not allow discounts for vacations during your registered session. Full payment is due regardless of attendance.
August Camp Options:
You may elect to utilize one of our other camp programs beyond the dates offered at this location. Grand River Academy Camp and South Canton Scholars Camp will run until August 12. When you register, the option will be provided to select either site for August Camp and you will be billed accordingly as an add-on to Session 2.
We are offering a pre-pay discount payment plan for any parents wishing to pay in full prior to camp. Pre-pay clients are charged $500 for Session I ($125 per week) and the full balance is due by May 27th. Session II prepay amount is $375 (unless adding aweek at another camp) and the balance will be due by July 1st. Parents pay a deposit of one week to register. Pre-pay Clients may pay the balance in any increments and on any schedule desired, as long as the total is paid by the session pre-pay deadline. Only partial refunds given after registration. No refunds given after June 1.
Payment Plan for Weekly Clients:

Fun and Educational Field Trips:
Each summer we offer a variety of fun and educational field trips each week of camp. A few of the exciting trips we have enjoyed in the past have been, The Michigan Science Center, Detroit Tigers game, and Turtle Cove. We charter (Trinity Transportation) buses to provide transportation to and from the majority of our field trips. Most fees are included in the cost of camp.
Weekly field trips, daily sports and games, arts and crafts, science projects, educational activities and group activities will keep your student active and engaged this summer. Counselors use weekly themes to plan a variety of exciting and engaging daily activities. A complete list of field trips and weekly themes will be available in May.

***Please note on field trip days we will be leaving promptly at 8:30 am and may arrive back to the school after 4:00 pm***
At least one day each week, we will designate a day that students may bring bikes or skates. Protective wear is required, including helmets.
Lunch & Snacks:
Students must bring their own sack lunch daily. They may bring money to purchase lunch on the days we plan field trips or on pizza days. Please bring one healthy morning snack . One PM snack will be provided daily. Please make sure your child has breakfast every day before coming to camp! Before camp participants are permitted to bring a morning snack/breakfast with them if they choose.
Parent Orientation Meeting:

It is highly recommended for parents/guardians to attend camp orientation. Camp packets will be distributed at the meeting. This is your chance to meet and greet with your campers’ counselors and we will be discussing what supplies are needed for camp as well as camp policies.
