If you need to change any of your contact information, including addresses and phone numbers, please use the link below. To add contacts (authorized pick-ups, etc.) to your account, click on the link below. Be advised, you will need to know your Username and Password to make this change. You created this when registering while completing the emergency contact information record. All clients are required to complete new forms in full each year, so all previous username and passwords are removed from the system prior to each school year.
For clients who wish to pay monthly instead of weekly, use this link to request monthly Billing. Clients are required to pay for services in advance, including monthly billing, and are subject to late fees and suspension of services if not paid in a timely manner.
A separate medication form is REQUIRED for each medication that will be administered to your child while at M & M Extra Care. Licensing recommends that these forms are updated every 90 days.

NEW IN 2018 -After listening to our customer feedback and after searching for solutions, we have finally found a superior online payment system for the clients of M & M Daycare.
Clients can now do much more than just view and pay their invoices from M & M Daycare online. We're excited to be using Bill & Pay, a secure online invoice delivery and payment system. This free service saves you time and gives you more flexibility and control.
Not only can clients pay a bill online, but now from a created secure customer account, clients can view past invoices AND payment history, pay multiple invoices at a time, save payment methods, setup automatic recurring payments, and more.
Please follow the helpful links in your emailed invoices to create an account and sign-in.
